THE PROCESS

The Nicho has over 20 years experience sourcing custom material. Finding the right materials for your project can be burdensome for homeowner/builder/project manager. We simplify the process by evaluating your needs through conversation and photos, and use our nationwide resources to create a match. Our demo/salvage contacts have multiple ongoing projects that allow us to purchase material before it hits the retail market, and our inventory consists of salvaged projects we hand-picked for stock. We have partnered with builders, architects, designers, and individual owners to create their desired vision.

RECLAIM

An old concept for people working with materials available in close proximity to them, reclaiming has become a timeless staple in modern build and renovation, helping to promote sustainability, discourage deforestation, create jobs, and preserve history. From ranch rustic to modern contemporary, our accessible materials complement many design styles.

THE NICHO

Nicho (NEE-chō) is Spanish for niche. Working with custom and reclaimed materials is a niche market in the building world. A Nicho is made from mixed media, and traditionally combines elements from Roman Catholicism, mestizo spirituality, and popular culture.
